Excellent service, app & live presentations
It's been the best quality of feedback & value for money I've experienced in trying to sort back issues for the last 12 years. I would recommend to anyone who wants help & guidance with their back issues.
A life enhancing experience
Michael and Lara are hugely supportive of their clients, enabling you not only to exercise to promote a strong body, but also to really understand how back problems develop, what you can do about them, and how it’s possible to exercise safely and calibrate that exercise with your skill and fitness level. It has made a huge difference to me.
Back In Shape Program
thank you Lynda for a lovely review! :)
Great program . Will recommend it to others
My back pain started when I was in my 20s , gradually got worse over 15 years . I thought It was mainly a problem in my hip due me getting my older . It got really bad in lock down to the point onward wearing a belt support . My hip, knee and back all felt strained and stressed constantly : I’m not over weight só thought it was just my body getting old . Untried many exercise videos , classes , stretches on line and some helped but some made it even worse . Back in shape came Up on YouTube so I gave the free phase 1 video a go . I immediately felt relief after the first session … after doing it for a week I took the plunge and invested into giving the program a go . Very happy with the results and the speedy replies from the team when I had any questions . The thing I really like about it is that they have exercise videos to follow along with . I had been to good physios in the past but always not kept the exercises up after a few weeks and also gotten into bad habits . The videos just make it easy and each exercise has its own explanation section incase your not feeling it correctly .
Back pain in your 30s? This platform works!
I was fed a YouTube advert and I was instantly interested, being seriously frustrated at that time with the poor service I'd been given by my local physio. Lots of knees to chest and no explanation for the science behind why I was experiencing pain. BIS changed all that and helped me understand the reason behind every exercise and thereby increasing motivation to keep going. I already have and will continue to sing your praises and recommend you to anyone who needs help with their own back pain. There are so many people being let down by poor physio treatment. BackInShape membership provided me more support than any 2x 30 minute appointment per month did, and cost less. The community on Facebook is great and any question you fire at them gets answered very quickly. From now on whenever I exercise or work at a desk, I use the tools given to me by BIS and help me look after my back for the long term.
Highly recommended exercises for back pain
If you’re suffering from lower back pain and getting nowhere waiting for treatment on the NHS, the backinshapeprogram is highly recommended. Very helpful exercise videos, live streams and Q&As and exercises which you should avoid. The exercises are phased for your capabilities. The monthly premium membership is excellent value for money. I only wish I hadn’t waited 6 months to see a consultant before signing up.
