Glute band review

Purchased the glute band set for some rehab exercises, the light medium and heavy options provide versatility for my workouts and a progression that challenged me through the life of rehab. I now use these as a staple for warm up when training and have noticed considerable improvement in control/form when performing my exercises. I wish I’d began using them sooner. Thank you!

Super Quality Glute Bands

I am really pleased with glute band set. I wondered wether they would slip whilst exercising but I was really pleased because there is a soft grip on the inside of the band which keeps the band nicely in place. Having the set of three, different strength bands, means there is a good choice of intensity to choose from.
