This program comes with lifetime access, simply pay one time and get unlimited access to the full program. The routines themselves are great ways for you to not only get out of pain, but for all of us, these routines can go a long way to preserving neck health and reducing likelihood of future injuries.

To complete the program you'll need a couple of resistance bands for the strengthening exercises and a towel.

The program will ideally be completed over the course of 6 to 12 weeks, although we recommend that you continue some of the exercise routines to support your long term neck health.

The routines themselves take anywhere from 10 minutes to 20 minutes, depending on which stage you are in.

Definitely Worth The Price!

I’m so impressed with the neck pain relief program. I’ve had chronic neck pain + disc issues for the past two years and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve been following the directions of the program for the past 2 weeks and I’m already experiencing significant pain relief. You definitely need to stay diligent to see results. Great content!

Excellent very clear instructions and easy to follow along with many tips. On week 4 of 8 enjoying it and neck feeling good.

Reduction of headaches feels amazing

I can highly recommend the Neck Pain Relief Program for anyone with neck pain or neck related issues like headaches. I have suffered FOR YEARS with those sort of problems and this has been the best non-drug approach so far. I have been to several experts like physiotherapists, chiropractors and personal trainers and I have tried pillows and streches and all sorts of work outs, but the information of this course was really the thing that set me on the right path. My headaches have reduced and it's still early days as I continue working on with the advice that I've been given. Having done the Premium Membership in addition for a couple of months I can say that Michael and Lara are both such warm and friendly people and you can really feel that they want to help you and their expertise is just top class. I'm so grateful to have found the Back in Shape Program.

Neck pain relief - just when I needed it.

I am delighted to report that the BIS neck program has made big improvements with my long-standing neck issue – and in only a few weeks. Not only has it reduced pain and stiffness but it has also increased my range of movement. I heartily recommend it.
