Helped Me Avoid Surgery
The Back in Shape programme is so needed and a brilliant resource for anyone in pain. I was almost ready for surgery before trying the programme as a last ditch attempt! It’s so helpful and the first few phases brought me so much relief from the pain.
Back to "nearly" normal
When I surched for help with an excruciatingly painful back, the only help offered was, operation, injections or endless painkillers. None of the alternatives appealed to me , so I looked on the internet and found the Back in Shape program. Over a period of three months I have learned to move and sleep in a way that has eased the pain considerably. The odd painkiller now is sufficient. I am 82 and was diagnosed with arthritis, spinal stenosis,and Parkinson's, all within a year. Devastating! However, I highly recommend this program. It works! I even persuaded my GP in Cheltenham to recommend the program to other patients, something she was very willing to do
Really Great Program for people with Back issues
If you have back issues... you should absolutely do this program, before any type of surgery. For me, healing yourself naturally is "the best" way to go & this program will facilitate that & you'll also learn a lot about maintaining and continuing your spinal recuperation/health. It's fantastic that this exists & I'm very thankful and grateful for what they do. Definitely try it & find out for yourself.
Great program for back pain!
The BackInShape program! Thank God I found you The material is epic. I liked the fact they systematically start right from the beginning of the issue (in the pain phase) and work slowly upwards. I couldn’t find a way yet before joining this program how to control the inflammation. The good work done by the exercises would be undone in a couple of hours or a days work and I would start from scratch. The other physios were not able to help me so much with this. But with BackInShape the videos systematically explained why we may not be getting better (15 hours of stress vs 1 hour of exercise as explained in the videos by Michael). Also the Phase 1 routine with the towel de-compression and ice pack is something that’s really helping. Thanks so much to BackInShape team! Keep doing the good work!
