Excellent. Only issue is that the spot I want to use it on (lumbar spine) is a concave curve and I am skinny so it doesn't make full contact with skin.

10/10, I could not recommend this product more highly. I’ve been using the Therm Cube for about a month now and what a difference its made to workout preparation, and post workout recovery. The convenience of strapping it to me and turning it on is so great for those more idle like me, I’m a little lazy! I use the heating setting in isolation before my workouts and I use the contrast of cold to hot repeating at least twice per day to help with recovery. I’ve found it makes a noticeable difference in my stiffness following exercise in the areas where I’m recovering from injury (my hip). The heating setting is a super convenient, passive way, to warm myself up before I work out. This allows me to hit the ground running with my workout. The Cube gives me maximal efficiency for my time exercising; I have found I’m not having to take as long to warm up and the cube has already prepped my hip into smoother movement. Thank you!!

I’ve used this device almost every day since it arrived over a week ago - it is just so convenient, especially for contrast bathing. I use it in the evening when watching TV. The charge lasts long enough to do a 25-minute treatment on my back and a 25-minute treatment on my knee. A downside is you mustn't cover the vent on the device, so clothing needs to be rolled up/down and you can’t lean against a back rest when treating your back. Also the surface area is quite small relative to an ice-pack so you need to be accurate with the placement. But it sure beats messing around with ice-packs and heating pads.

I am over the moon with my Recovery Therm Cube and in my opinion, money well spent. I cannot put into words just how convenient this amazing little item is. It is brilliant! Having said that, I have only used it on my back so far. The strap works well and holds the cube in place nicely, allowing you to get on with doing other things at the same time. It is a lovely compact item which makes it easy to put in your bag for travelling. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Recovery Therm Cube.
