Can be used in different configurations and in different places. I use mine on the end of my bannisters. The colour coding is useful, as are the handles.

Good quality and great they came in a bag. Would have appreciated a simple A4/A5 instruction sheet on how to use the door anchor and holding the bands, having never used anything similar before.

The BIS Resistance Band Set are excellent quality, and there is everything you need to be able to build strength. The bands come in a storage bag, along with a door anchor, handles and ankle straps which enables you to do all the BIS exercises easily. This is my second set, which come in really handy for adding more strength.

Really good quality, I used to tie bands to the door handle, but the angle wasn't right. Very pleased with the door anchor that allows me to adjust the angle. Although, I was a bit confused how to use all the endings, a short manual would be helpful. :)
