Michael and Lara evaluated my images and I got all the information I needed to continue safely with my exercises. There was plenty of time to ask questions and Michael answered to remaining doubts on Facebook. Knowing that they have my images, and that they can now always orient me towards strategies that are good for me, gives me security.

I couldn’t recommend both the 1-1 or the BIS programme enough, Michael explained more about my X-ray results in 10 mins than the chiropractor who I paid to do them ever did, if you truly want to know what is going on with your body and how you can then start moving forward then look no further!
